These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site. The following services are available on our Site: - Consulting services. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund. Payments We accept the following payment methods on our Site: - Credit Card; Page 1 of 3 - PayPal; and - Afterpay. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Additional Terms - In the event that Nurtured Slumber are unable to provide support in a timely manner, notice will be given prior, and a follow up call will be offered at my earliest convenience.
Severability If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Refunds
At Nurtured Slumber we strive to provide high-quality services to all of our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund of our services. To ensure a fair and efficient refund process, we have established the following policy.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
- You must request a refund within 5 business days of the service purchase date.
- You must have paid for the service in full.
- The service must not have been fully rendered or completed.
- The reason for the refund request must be related to an issue or error caused by Nurtured Slumber and not due to any fault of the customer.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Nurtured Slumber daniellen@urturedslumber.com.au and provide your order number, the service name, and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and may require additional information or clarification.
- If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days and issue the refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions
The following exceptions may apply to the refund policy:
- If the service has been fully rendered or completed, a refund will not be issued.
- If the refund request is due to any fault or error on the part of the customer, a refund will not be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the reason for the refund request is not valid.
